Claude is the Managing Principal of a family consulting firm, Co-Owner of Florida's renowned pool service company, Pool Centurion, and Mentor with The Venture Mentoring Team. He also serves as a full-time Professor of Leadership and Management Innovation at Miami Dade College and is the author of Deemed Essential: Finding Greatness Through Serving Others.

Over three years, he honed his commercial real estate acumen at CB Richard Ellis as a researcher and investment sales analyst. Following his MBA, he stepped into the role of president at Reef Tropical, South Florida, steering its growth for over a decade, earning it industry-wide recognition.

As the company matured, Claude strategically transitioned into an equity position, driving the search for buyers and selling the business to a private equity firm. He smartly retained ownership of fully leased commercial properties through the spin-off of two divisions. During this transition, he became a Rollover Founder of Pool Centurion, ensuring a smooth leadership handover at Reef Tropical.

Claude founded a social media consulting firm and a water management tech venture during his graduate studies. He also collaborated with Dr. Morris at the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, consulted for disadvantaged South African businesses, and utilized a Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship scholarship to commercialize university patents, showcasing his diverse accomplishments.
